What’s better than a new restaurant opening in Palm Beach? When FIVE open to create the magic that is The Collective.
Inspired by European food markets, the transformation of the old Palm Beach Post Office will see five new kitchens opening in one place, with one shared outdoor dining area.
With a rooftop bar for glimpses of the stunning ocean, Gold Coasters can also expect DJs and live music on weekends.
Families and friends will never have to disagree on what’s for dinner again, with a range of options to choose from:
The Kitchen @ The Collective: Breakfast is covered from Hotcakes to Eggs Benny, modern Aussie favourites shine at The Kitchen.
Calavera: Authentic Mexican cuisine on your doorstep and the stuffed chillies are a must.
The Italian Job: The owners of Bread n Butter at Kirra bring you mouth-watering wood fired pizzas and tapas.
Luckies Diner: American inspired dishes from cheeseburgers to fried chicken.
Umami: You can’t go past the Asian fusion menu of Kao Pao Chicken and their signature cereal Prawns.
The Collective will open its doors for the official opening at 12pm on Monday 26 December.
It is located at 1128 Gold Coast Hwy, Palm Beach and open 7 days a week.
