The Gold Coast City Council have organised the free class for locals to give meditation a try and feel its many benefits.

Meditation encourages a healthy lifestyle, increases self-awareness and acceptance, reduces stress, benefits cardiovascular and immune health and best of all, it slows aging!

Linda from Gold Coast Brahman Kumaris will lead the class and give you all the tools you need to meditate – it’s easier than you think!
