Starting on 14 August 2017, Tennis On 11th will host 5 weeks of game changing fitness training to get you in the best shape of your life.
From Tennis techniques and skills to general cardio, this is the ideal opportunity to take your playing to the next level.
Held on either Monday or Friday mornings from 9:00 – 10:30am and led by Coach Terry Saunders, the adult lessons are just $25 each or $100 for the entire 5 week program.
